If you don't see the deposit deducted from your bank within 30 minutes on your gaming account, please contact customer service and send us a receipt from your bank (upload the file or take a screenshot of the receipt).
If sending a receipt is not possible, the funds will generally arrive in your gaming account within 1–2 banking days, once we have received the necessary information from your bank. (This is a bank procedure that we cannot expedite.)
When customer service is closed, please email the receipt to support@paf.com.
