Important:
- Daily and monthly loss limits are mandatory
- Setting a limit partway through the current day, week, or month will also account for any losses already incurred during that period.
- Any increase in the loss limit will become effective after 7 days.
- Customer service cannot raise or remove limits
Please be aware that notifications for reaching the limit may differ between games. For instance, in poker, you might see an Error message code (2715) or Unknown error.
