If you have encountered issues with a gaming machine, please fill out the electronic reclamation form at the ship's information desk. You will then receive automatic updates about the processing of your case via email. Please note that the handling process may take several weeks.
If you have not filled out a reclamation form, please send the following information to customer support:
- Your name
- Your email address and phone number
- Name of the ship/hotel/shop
- Date and exact time of the incident
- The amount of the reclamation
- Gaming machine number/name or location
- A description of what happened
- Bank account number (IBAN) and recipient's name
- If you made a card payment, include the first four and last four digits of your card number.
- If you used a payment method like Apple Pay, we will need the virtual card number.
