The nickname is used in Bingo, Poker, Live Casino (Evolution), and Fantasy Sports. It is visible to other players, for example, when you write in the bingo chat.
The nickname is not the same as the username used to log in to your gaming account, and the username cannot be changed.
The conditions for changing a nickname vary by game group. If a username change is necessary, please also provide the reason for the change, three alternative new usernames, and we will assess the situation.
Nickname restrictions:
- Must not be the same as your username
- Must not contain the word "Paf"
- Must consist only of letters and numbers
- Minimum length is 5 characters, maximum is 16 characters
- The nickname must not be offensive to others
